Respite and Day Support
Respite care provides temporary accommodation in times of emergency, convalescence or unforeseen events. It can also be accessed for a pre-arranged needs such when you are recovering from an operation or on a more regular basis as, (say) when your usual caregivers are not available.
Day support care options allow you to participate in Wesleyhaven’s wide ranging daily activity programme for up to 6 hours per week, ( including lunch and morning and afternoon teas), if you have been allocated ‘day support’ by your NASC agency.
Both options give you an ideal chance to get to know the Wesleyhaven hospitality.
To find out more about sampling Wesleyhaven for your ‘respite’ or ‘day support’ needs, talk to your local ‘Needs Assessment Service Coordination organisation’ (NASC). A guide to gaining access to rest home care
